Your information
Privacy, in plain language.
PA Homemade is operated by Dave McLaughlin. These details cover the order requests, maker applications, and inquiries sent through this site.
What you choose to share
Order forms collect your contact details, neighborhood or ZIP code, product selections, and any notes you provide. Maker applications collect your contact details, maker name, town and ZIP code, a description of your products, fulfillment information, and optional public links and notes. Inquiries collect your name, email, topic, and message, plus an optional phone number, maker or product name, and existing request reference.
Please leave recipes, payment information, and full home addresses out of these forms.
How it is used
Dave uses order details to respond to requests and arrange orders. Maker application details are used to review the application and discuss a possible listing. Applying does not publish your information. Public listing details are agreed with you before publication. Inquiry details are used to answer your question or discuss your request; sending an inquiry does not place an order or publish a listing.
Where requests go
Requests are saved in private storage on the website’s server. An email notification may also be sent to Dave’s existing business mailbox. A receipt means your request was recorded; it does not mean an order or maker listing has been approved, or that a reply has been sent.
Your application and listing
Your application stays private while Dave reviews it and discusses a possible listing with you. If you proceed, AI may help design the website using public listing details you approve. AI is not used to process your private application or inquiry. We don’t use AI-generated images; product photos come from you. You approve the page before publication.
Keeping and correcting records
Request records are kept to handle inquiries, manage orders and applications, and maintain the related business records. You can withdraw a maker application or inquiry, or ask for a correction or deletion by emailing Dave with your reference. Dave will confirm what was removed and explain if any records need to be retained.
Website operation
The site uses browser session storage to retain sauce selections and remember whether a submitted request has an uncertain outcome, helping prevent duplicate submissions. Contact details are not stored there. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the website and its messages. Cloudflare may collect basic website traffic information.
